The School of Applied Behavioral Science (ABS) was established in 1992. This master of arts program has both a counseling track and a consulting and coaching track. The program's educational process features "real time" learning laboratories that integrate theory, self-awareness, and practical interpersonal and organizational skills. Training takes place within a strong learning community, and the curriculum is taught in a modular, residential format on a weekend schedule compatible with full-time employment. Faculty members are active practitioners in their fields.
